Skill Work
Our skill workouts are a combination of technical and functional game-like drills. We emphasize teaching fundamental footwork, shooting, ball-handling, passing, offence and defence designed to help athletes challenge their potential. We provide immediate feedback to ensure each athlete remains accountable for their set goals.

 

Fitness
We offer a balanced athletic development of all physical performance components: ABCs (Agility, Balance, Coordination), strength, power, speed, endurance, and flexibility.

 

Game Awareness & IQ
We use mindfulness techniques as a basis for our teaching. We help athletes to understand the game and learn the importance of details, basketball decision training, and small-sided games.
